A note about low carb dieting and omega-3's from a loyal customer:

Well, like everyone else, I started my diet - again! You can’t blame a girl for trying. But, I’m following the Atkins diet and so far, so good. I lost 6 lbs. to date and feeling better than ever. There are many ebooks out there that tell you how to "make millions" on eBay. Personally, the ones I've purchased haven't been all that amazing. Basically they all tell you to find things for cheap and sell them on eBay for just under retail. Or find things that are popular and buy them in bulk so when the stores run out, you'll be the only supplier. Good advice if you have the money/time to do it.

The other piece of advice I've seen has been to sell information like ebooks. Some "information" people are selling is easily found with a google search. However, as is the case with eBay, it's things that people could take the time to find themselves but would rather have someone else do all the work, that sell well on eBay.

New research suggests that the nutritional makeup of ice cream when eaten as part of a balanced diet may help burn fat faster than if you had not eaten the fat and calorie rich indulgence. A serving a day may help in other ways such as keeping bones strong, burning fat more efficiently, lowering high blood pressure, decreasing cravings, easing PMS symptoms, fighting colon cancer, lessening the risk of stroke, boosting immunity, preventing kidney stones. The key to the Ice Cream Diet is moderation. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing.

The Ice Cream Diet Plan:

You must stay within within your calorie budget. As long as you do, you are free to eat that ice cream. Women get 1 cup and men get 1 1/2 cups of ice cream every day. You'll still lose weight because the ice cream is factored in to a nutritious diet of 1,500 calories a day for women and 2,000 calories for men. To keep calories in check, you should choose a reduced-calorie ice cream.
