Recently ebay added something called "Neighborhoods". It's kind of like the "groups" feature and the "blogs" featured mixed together. People with like interests can join Neighborhoods and post topics for the other members.
You can suggest to ebay new Neighborhoods. I recently suggested "One of a Kind". Be on the lookout for it! I'll be joining it as soon as it's created.
